We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Order information: the tickets you buy or sell, order references and payment status.
• Wallet addresses you choose to save: refund addresses (buyers) and payout addresses (sellers). These are public receive addresses only.
• Support messages: the content of any support ticket you send us, and the email you provide.
• Basic usage data: standard logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run the site securely.

We use your information to:

• Deliver your tickets and process your orders and refunds.
• Let you sign in, view your tickets and orders, and manage your account.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Keep the platform secure and prevent fraud and abuse.

Payments are made in cryptocurrency directly from your wallet to a public receive address. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details, seed phrases or private keys.

Please note that cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on a public blockchain, which is outside our control.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run SeatSparks — for example, our hosting and database provider, and the third-party flight-search partner used on our travel pages. These providers only process data as needed to provide their service.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

You can view and update your account details at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your data. To make a request, email support@seatsparks.com from the address on your account.
